Kondoi Beach is one of the longest beaches in Okinawa with a beautiful crescent shape located on the west side of Taketomi Island. The white sand and clear blue sea make it one of the must-visit places when you visit Taketomi Island.
There are almost no waves and the shallow water is ideal for swimming, and showers and toilets are provided, so families can enjoy it comfortably.
The sandy beach extends offshore, but it is not suitable for snorkeling to see tropical fish and coral reefs.
However, at low tide, the sea level drops considerably and a white sandy beach appears, so it is fun to take a walk to it.
