Japan’s southernmost arcade shopping street on Ishigaki Island is packed with restaurants, souvenir shops, and local independent stores.

This shopping street is located in the center of Ishigaki City, with two streets running parallel to each other, Chuo-dori on the southwest side and Ginza-dori on the northeast side. The total length of the street is 265 meters.
Between the two streets is the Ishigaki City Public Market. Here, there is a market for fresh fish, meat, vegetables, etc. on the first floor, Ishigaki City Local Products Sales Center selling local products of Ishigaki Island on the second floor, and a cafeteria and exhibition room on the third floor.
