Especially the white lighthouse is the symbol of Mikamizaki, and it serves as a landmark for ships and is also famous as a view spot.
The view from there is magnificent, with coral coves, the endless sea, and Iriomote Island in the distance.
Since the area around the lighthouse blooms with tepukuyuri in spring, it is recommended to visit in season.
There are no restaurants or stores, but it is well worth it to enjoy the scenery. The orange sunset will be especially memorable.
