Ishigaki Island Stalactite Cave

The largest in Ishigaki Island. Beautiful limestone caves created from coral reefs

The largest of the limestone caves in Ishigaki Island is located at the southernmost tip of Japan.

The tour takes about 30 minutes, and the illumination of the cave is recommended because it creates a fantastic atmosphere.

Accessible only 10 minutes by car from downtown Ishigaki Island, the cave is also home to experience programs, a cafeteria, and a product store, making it a good place to visit on a rainy day or in your spare time.

You can also see stalactites that resemble characters from famous animated movies.
